You tell us what you have, we review the details, and we’ll make you an offer. If you’re happy with it, you send us your item and we’ll take it from there.

We aim to keep things simple, fair, and hassle-free.

• We do not haggle or reduce prices without a valid reason
• We aim to make payment the same day your item is received and approved

All we ask is that items are described honestly and accurately.

Your Responsibilities

By submitting an item, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or over
• You own the item and have the right to sell it
• The item is not stolen or illegal
• The description you provide is accurate and honest

Offers and Agreement

Any offer we provide is based on the information you give us.

The sale is only final once:

• We receive your item, and
• It matches the description provided

Sending Your Item

If you accept our offer:

• We will provide a prepaid postage label where applicable
• You should package your item securely to avoid damage in transit

We recommend keeping proof of postage.

When We Receive Your Item

Once your item arrives, we will check it against the description you provided.

If everything matches:

• We will confirm the sale
• Payment will be made the same day

If something isn’t quite as described:

• Our first option will always be to return your item to you free of charge
• If you’d prefer, we can also offer a revised price based on the actual condition

We’ll always keep things fair and transparent. There is absolutely no obligation to accept a revised offer - the choice is always yours.

Returns

If a sale does not go ahead for any reason We will return your item to you free of charge.

Payment

We will pay you using your preferred method:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal

Payment will be made on the same day your item is received and approved.

Items We Cannot Accept

• Illegal items
• Counterfeit goods
• Hazardous materials
• Any items that cannot legally be bought or sold in the United Kingdom

If such items are received, we will take appropriate action.

Liability

We will always aim to handle your items with care and respect. However, to the extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the item
• We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under law.
